Mariusz Fistek is the partner of Viroux & Partners and Head of Energy and Corporate Litigation. Lawyer with several years of professional experience. Attorney at law. Manager. Arbitrator. Mediator. Lecturer.
He held management and supervisory positions in major Polish and international companies and entities related to the energy, mining and metallurgical industries. His work has also focused primarily on substantive industry issues as attorney at law to major entities, including companies and businesses. Professionally, he is associated with cooperation with international and domestic law firms. Mariusz Fistek represents business entities (he also has experience in serving institutions and State Treasury companies) and individuals in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings before courts and state authorities, advises on civil law and business (commercial), construction, energy and labor law. He has litigation experience before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. He specializes in disputes in the broad field of commercial and civil law. Mariusz Fistek has served on the corporate bodies of public and international companies.
Mariusz Fistek is recommended arbitrator in the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (SA KIG), in the Court of Arbitration at the Confederation of Lewiatan (SA KAL) and in the Court of Arbitration at the Association of Consulting Engineers and Experts (SA SIDiR). She has extensive experience working on both asset and share deals. He participated as a speaker at meetings of public entities' bodies in order to explain legal issues.
